ML Work Orders/Helpdesk Ideas Portal
On a different WO system we could create a weekly check for the school to see what WOs were closed. The head custodian would get the list of closed WOs and verify that the WO was taken care of and then that WO would be completed. If they checked and there was still an issue they would reopen the WO. Can that be done in ML?

Have you tried leveraging the "Request Report" within the "Reports" menu for this? You could create a view on that report based on a period of "Last Week" and apply an additional column filter on status.
