Minimum and Maximum Quantity per Inventory Space

Right now you can set a minimum quantity for an inventory item, but it applies to every location where the item is stored. We do not have a Maximum quantity field in the system. The idea is that the maximum quantity allows the person reordering to know how much they should be stocking the location with.
