View all Open Requests, even those older than 12 months.

We want to quickly click to view all open work orders from any time period. Our older work orders are getting forgotten. It's difficult for our technicians to remember to update the "Submitted" filter to show older dates. They also have a difficult time navigating this filter, and many do not even try to look for older open work orders.
