At our district we have a custom form on our website for parents and students to submit requests as they do not have accounts within MLWOs. This has improved communication, but it does come a drawback; they are not able to receive emails when their request has new notes or is updated. It would be great if they could receive emails when the request is updated or new notes are added, as well as reply to it to add new notes. Currently we have to update the request with what we've done using the internal notes, type in what we sent them as a normal note, and then when the response is received, enter what they said as another note.
