Need ability to have a watch list of tickets to keep track of progress when you are a technician that has assigned to another technician.

In our old ticketing system I had the ability to Assign a ticket to another IT tech but add the ticket to my "watch list" That way I would be updated on the progress of the ticket. This allowed me to learn from how it was solved and touch base with the teacher if I needed to make sure they understood the solution, etc. The only way I have found to do this in this system is to keep myself assigned on the ticket and add the other IT person.
