ML Work Orders/Helpdesk Ideas Portal
We would like the ability to merge PMs and not lose the history of requests that have already been created. When we switched over to MLW PMs were transferred. But they can be set up cleaner with 1 PM and setting it to create a request per building, rather than a PM per building. To make these changes and not lose history, we would like to merge PMs together as you an with work order requests.
