Request Status speed bump

We ran into an issue with doing a manual sync on request status and ended up almost sending out 2,000+ emails

There was no pop up or anything to let me know how many emails this feature was about to send out. I know that is present when you are making PMs so if that kind of functionality or a speed bump message that says "You are about to send out x number of emails. Are you sure you want to do this".

If that existed in the system it would make us feel better about using this feature in the site.
