Canned Response Functionality update

We were looking for an option to have say an auto response send out when a work order is submitted. While reviewing how canned responses work I feel this feature could do what we are looking for but would need improvement.

If there was an option when setting up the canned responses to say "Automates Response" or "Initial Response" we would be able to accomplish what we are looking for.
