We were trying to create a detailed canned response and hit the character limit. If the character limit could be increased to 5000 outside of the 2000 its currently looking at that would help us create more detailed canned responses for our users
Could we add a character counter display to show the current character limit as we type?
Context: I have a canned response that registers as 755 characters in another text editor, but ML Canned Response flags it as exceeding the 2000-character limit. Having a live counter would help identify where the mismatch is happening.
