only receive notifcations for workorders in a saved filter view

They offer a pop-up notification that displays when new work orders are submitted in the top right of the page and when the pop-up is selected, the webpage will refresh. This pop up should be improved to be able to dynamically show notifications of tickets that are in or would be in your filtered save view if applied.

Case example: building technicians can be centralized giving the ability to work at any location in the system but they are assigned to specific buildings to keep watch over on the regular day to day. Seeing notifications for tickets they are not looking at in a filtered saved view makes the notifications seem constant and unnecessary and may leave users frantically looking for "new notes and updates" that are not necessary to see.
