Make Work Order fields mandatory

It would be helpful to be able to have multiple fields in tech work orders that are mandatory for users to fill out in order to submit a ticket. There should be fields like serial number, problem type, student name that we should be able to add and make mandatory. This would prevent a lot of tickets of "computer is broken"

    We have several Requests that have custom fields in them that are needed to allow for quick turn around by our technology help desk, however staff are not answering them when putting in the help desk tickets. If we could make these custom fields required, it would make the system/use of custom fields so much more helpful.
