Log Procedure steps in History section of the Work Orders

We noticed that when you are doing the required procedure steps in a PM Work Order those steps are not actually logged in the History section of the work order.

Since our procedures are required having those steps logged in the History section of the work order would be a massive improvement to the system and greatly decrease our reviews of the work orders on our end as well.
