Auto Response to Problem Type

I liked the canned responses but it has to be done by a human. It would be great to be able to give an auto-response to each problem type. For instance, if a user chooses "Password Reset" for the problem type, the auto responses would be the Password Reset portal link with instructions. Or if a user's problem type was "Chromecast" the auto responses might be "try turning it off and on again" lol

That would help with initial troubleshooting the user has to do before my team needs to get involved.
