Have a button or link that allows users to see the classic interface from the previous update of the UI.

Familiarity of an old system versus training of a new system is better suited for IT where other platforms UI's have utilized this option (e.g., Benchmark, Renaissance, etc.) or have made it such that a click can take you to the previous UI if the new one is difficult to navigate.
