We were testing the email a work order into the system feature and everything looks fine in the work order itself until you add an attachment to your reply
This congests the notes section of the work order because when an attachment is added to the request, it looks like it pulls in everything from the email.
If this was updated to where only the body of the email and the attachment itself was added to the ticket and not the entire email that would be a massive improvement to the system and clean up the notes in the actual work orders themselves.
