Auto Notify Floor Option

In the Auto Notify configuration (Manage Auto Notify), you can filter by buildings, but not individual floors (or spaces for that matter). The need to notify people based on Workorders submitted within certain floors and spaces is needed in large buildings with multiple supervisors/departments.
