Ability to change the "Creator" field

I know I can change the requestor field, but I would like to be able to change the Creator field as well. A lot of times I end up putting in a ticket on behalf of a teacher and then that gets added to MY submitted ticket count. The system also behaves differently based off of the creator. It be nice to be able to set that to who it pertains to.
