Have an Asset with items under it

I am finding it difficult to manage costing on each individual asset. It was much simpler in Destiny Resource Manager where you had an Asset/Resource and then listed the individual items (barcodes/serials) under that asset. It allowed easier modification of asset costs, years, etc. Example - You'd have an Acer Chromebook C751t as the main resource and the items under it would all use the same costing, lifespan, etc.
