Update Area Served Asset Field to be a listing of all existing spaces to pick from and allow for custom options

This would be helpful especially for rooftop units as assets. Quite often these service more than one classroom or office. As it stands only one space can be assigned to an asset. Having this would help better track work, assets, and pms.
