Ability to Mass update Notifications from the Manage Users action menu Merged

We are seeing that notifications are not going out to our end users, so they're not always getting notifications about their WO, such as completed or notes updated. In order to fix this we would have to individually impersonate each user, email out how to fix this issue, or visit each user. If we had the ability to control the notifications from their Roles, it would help to ensure notifications aren't lost. Thank you.
