My higher ups want this in place as we are releasing work order entry to all staff in July. It would be very helpful if this was in the system instead of us having to do a separate Google Form.
I would like to have clients complete a survey about their help desk service. Is there a way to have a link to it (google form) be on either the completed email to client; or if not that specific, on every email to the client?
