Give the ability for admin to delete a receiving in Inventory.

The amount of times I have accidently received the wrong item, LOL. It would be super helpful (especially with using auto average pricing) to be able to delete a receiving of inventory. Currently let's say I just received the wrong amount (yeah, I do that sometimes too) even if I go in and adjust the receiving to a different number it doesn't actually reflect the quantity on hand (and it won't let you change it to zero), even if the receiving line in history says it was fixed. So to solve both problems, I am request/suggesting for admin only to have the ability to delete an inventory receiving.

      Thanks for the idea submission @Guest , We already have this idea in the idea portal (submitted by you as well, but in our older platform so it was migrated over to this new one)
