We use the notes field to communicate with our requestors, but because the notes show up at the bottom of the email, a lot of requestors don't see that we've asked a question. This is especially difficult when we need a timely response. The ability to communicate back and forth with requestors, and keep it all documented, is one of the main reasons why we chose Master Library.
Can you format the notes notification emails differently so new notes show clearly at the top of the email?

I was reviewing out notes updated email and I can definitely see the issue you bring up. Whatever was most recently updated on the work order should be brought up and centered in the email body so it's not lost.
