On emails for updated notes (or any changes really), it would be great if the note or item that was added/updated would appear at the top of the email, above "Work Order Information" to allow a more "email-like" experience. We generally try to communicate in the MLWOs so all is visible to the rest of the staff but as of now, many of our end users send the MLWO emails to trash because, at times, they get quite a few that are not as important to them (creation, approval, assignment, rerouting, etc). I do know there is a feature to turn certain emails off in the notification preferences, but it is per user and we would have to individually change the settings for 300+ users, not to mention excluding the few users who would like to know each step of their work order.
To get around this, we email them separately, putting the communication in MLWOs with their responses as we get them. Specifically for notes, if updates/added notes were at the top of the email, it would allow our end users to see the notes quicker and give them more of an idea that someone could be waiting for a response.
