It would be very helpful if the QR codes for inventory were customizable like the asset ones are. I'd love to be able to have the unit of measure visible on the QR codes, so when pulling the items people know how the items go out.
Hi @Guest Thanks for the idea submission! Being able to customize what fields display on an inventory item QR code makes a lot of sense, especially since we already offer this with assets. The thumbnail is a very interesting concept! I'll review this internally and follow up with any questions.
Attached an example. At the very least the unit of measure below the QR code (but options of what fields show like assets would be super cool). But being able to print a label with a thumbnail of the image as well onto Avery 94230 or 94224 labels would be so awesome. This would make keeping inventory super organized!
