ML Work Orders/Helpdesk Ideas Portal
So if we have something we need to communicate that a ton of people will go to ML to put a work order in, they would be able to see the banner and know it's a known issue. For example: phones are down or AC is out at a building.
and as a follow-up - we have this idea here https://mlworkorders.ideas.aha.io/ideas/MLW-I-26 which indicates folks want a similar concept but on the login page.
Would that be more preferable to an in app banner on all pages for your intended needs?
Hi @Guest - thoughts on this being a pop-up vs a banner? Not sure if that matters as much but wanted to ask. In a pop up we can control more flexible formatting like page breaks, underlines, bolds etc..
