The work orders systems visually is designed for a maintenance team. Could we have a layout specific to technology or be able to turn off the costing and other widgets. IT techs want to see the entire conversation thread opened through resolution on a simple screen without a lot of clicking.
Yes, we need to make a little more tech worker friendly.
