Approve/Assign modal clipboard button contains canned responses

When you click the clipboard button to assign users/urgency/etc, could we also have an option for canned responses? Also, could the 'assign to me' button have the modal selections and pre-filled name.

    Thanks for the idea @Guest ! I think allowing canned responses to be in the quick/approve modal makes sense. Perhaps we can make that a request type setting.


    For the last part of you idea description "Also, could the 'assign to me' button have the modal selections and pre-filled name" I am not quite sure I am following this one. Any additional context will be greatly appreciated!
