If we had the capability to upload files into the Procedures of Help Desk, it would save time. Sometimes we already have instructions on how to do certain tasks that are in PDF or Word files.

I was thinking more of the Tech Dept. Where we could keep instructions for items such as how to perform certain tasks. Things like how to do updates to different devices or procedures for tasks done very seldom.
Would this PDF/Word Docs be reference to a knowledge-base that your team maintains for staff/faculty so they can troublshoot/resolve the issue at hand on their own?
