Enhance Dashboard filtering by Status and save filter

The new dashboard filter is good/close but it is not saving, so you have to reset it every time you go back to that page as well as we really need the dashboard to filter by Ticket Status. Example, I only want to see tickets we are working - not on hold or pending.
