Work Order Email notes acknowledgement

We have ran into a few different scenarios that when we update a WO and add notes with actionable items to the requesters we are not getting responses back from our end users.

So we were looking for a way to indicate that there is action needed on the part of the requestor when notes are added. If the system could allow us to have say add text to the WO update emails that require an acknowledgement from the person getting the email. Like Outlook allows you to do with read receipts.
