It would be great if MLWOs would email/prompt every so often to check if information is correct, mainly default building and space, but for others, it may be beneficial for all fields in the profile screen.
We allow our users to email in IT requests and MLWOs pulls the default building/space to assign their request automatically for requests submitted this way. New users that are created with SSO with Microsoft don't see the profile screen at initial creation, and users that have been in the system for a while may have moved (which has happened a lot at our organization).
It would be fantastic if MLWOs had a button in the admin side that triggered a screen at their next sign in that brought up the profile screen once with a message asking them to make sure their information is correct, maybe even being customizable with what information they should have to check.
