Recapthca and Language toggle option on custom forms

We want to use the Custom form option in MLW but we discovered that you cannot toggle the reCaptcha option off nor the language option within the form.

We need to be able to turn those off some that our students do not play with those options. If we had the ability to toggle those options off it would help us greatly with keeping all MLW items in MLW.
