We noticed on the work order request that you can put in a past date for the Completed by value. There should be a check in the system to ensure that the completed by date is not before the submission date.
If this change could happen to the system that would help prevent a lot of unnecessary escalation of work orders due to the completed by date being so far in the past.
More coming in........Please consider disabling the ability to submit a WO with 2025 instead of 2026. We are missing seeing the requests until they reach out looking for their job. Thank you
