ML Work Orders/Helpdesk Ideas Portal
It has come to our attention that when you use the telerik feature to update a status from the View all Request, Open assignments, etc and its a work order generated from a PM that will let you complete the work order even if there are required steps within the procedure.
This feature needs to be updated to prevent you from completing a PM generated WO without doing the required steps.
