Add Statuses

Hi,

We would like to add the following status options:

- Summer work.

-Winter break work.

-Spring Break Work.

-Christmas Break Work.

-Part On Order.

-Possible Denies.

-Higher Approval.

We would like the ability to add or support to add a new request status. One of our team members would like to be able to mark a ticket as Sent out for Repairs. For now we can put it on hold or in progress, but it would be nice to have the ability...
