@Guest Hey Rebekah! I see you are active on an idea like this that I think was submitted on the ML Schedules idea portal.
I wanted to ask you what ways should we consider on how else to generate ML Schedule Event Work Orders. Currently, automated work orders are generated by Space and Date combination.
By Building and Date
For a single event that covers multiple spaces, this would generate 1 work order per building.
For a recurring event that covers multiple spaces, this would generate 1 work order per building, per recurrence date.
By Schedule and Date
For a single event that covers multiple spaces, this would generate 1 work order
For a recurring event that covers multiple spaces, this would generate 1 work order, per recurrence date.
Let me know if those make sense and if you have other ideas too! Open to any feedback. Thanks again!
