Summary Dashboard be the default Dashboard for all users

I've seen the ideas for the Main dashboard but I wanted to see if the Summary Dashboard that is in the system could be the default dashboard for the users.

I was looking over that dashboard after talking with support and that dashboard has everything that we would want in the initial dashboard.
