Reoccurring work orders.

Can you create a way to have reoccurring work orders? Example: I have a water softener that needs the salt level checked every two weeks. I would like to have a work order that automatically pops up on Monday morning every two weeks until the end date is reached. So this would also need a start date and end date where the work order would stop being created. We would also like to have the ability to assign a particular person to it. Thank you
