Ability to Convert Issues to Work Orders

Is it currently possible to use the "Issues" module as a running/open list of building issues that can then be converted into actual Work Orders when we have the time/resources to address them? It may be helpful to incorporate a button that generates a work order related to a specific issue, and then marks that issue as complete once the associated work order has been completed.

This would prevent these sort of "long term" Work Orders from sitting open and unaddressed, which can clog up workflows and skew labor reporting data.
