As a IT admin I would like the option of adding sub-categories to Problem Types so the end user submitting a work order can be more specific in their request.
Instead of having a separate Problem Type for each of the following, they could be grouped by category.

Audio/Visual
Hard Drive
Interactive White Board
Internet Connection
Internet Filter
Laptop
Miscellaneous/Questions (IT)

Internet Connection
Password
Printers
Projector
Server
Software Application
Student Database
Telephone Services
Virus
Website
With sub-categories we could have these problem types grouped under a category, for example:
Hardware <--- (Main category or Problem Type)
- Audio/Visual <--- (Sub category or Problem Type)
- Hard Drive
- Interactive White Board
- Laptop
- Mouse
- Projector
- Virus
Network
- Internet Connection
- Internet Filter
- Website
- Server
I think having sub categories will help the user to be more specific when submitting their request, and will also help IT with assigning requests to a different Tech Support person based on the request type.
