Add an email to confirmation emails when an asset is checked-out and checked-in
We would like to be able to include parent/guardians and/or principals to the confirmation emails when a chromebook is checked-out or when a chromebook needs repair.

When checking out a device and adding parents/guardians or principals to the check-out email, are those users typically both external users to ML Work Orders and have accounts in ML Work Orders, or is it typically only external users (I assume parents would be external users, but maybe principals could have accounts in ML Work Orders)
Would these extra emails you would like added be something ad-hoc on a per check-out basis, in other words something that cant necessarily be automated?
When you say Chromebook needs a repair, what action are you taking in work orders to indicate this, is it updating the Asset status field to "Broken" or "In Repair"?
