Approve/Assign modal clipboard button contains canned responses

When you click the clipboard button to assign users/urgency/etc, could we also have an option for canned responses? Also, could the 'assign to me' button have the modal selections and pre-filled name.

New Work Order Notification

When a WO gets assigned can the New WO be highlighted/Bolded/Italics, similar to outlook, until it has been opened? This way you have a visual indicator of new cases that need to be addressed.

Allow admins to apply a Note or Canned Response to many Requests at once.

As an IT admin, sometimes we have many requests that need the same canned response or note applied to them, it would be really efficient to be able to apply the note/canned response all at once rather than doing it 1 request at a time.

close multiple work orders at once by selecting completed work orders
