Work Orders

When we are monitoring the work orders page it should auto refresh after a designated amount of time so new orders are seen

When a WO gets assigned can the New WO be highlighted/Bolded/Italics, similar to outlook, until it has been opened? This way you have a visual indicator of new cases that need to be addressed.

We have used the status of HOLD to indicate parts or contracted services are needed. Once the parts are ordered or call for service has been placed being able to place the Work Order status to "Parts on Order" would allow for easier tracking.
