We make many changes during the summer, room moves, equipment relocation, etc. You can bulk import new assets but you cannot bulk update assets. This would be nice as most other inventory programs can do this.

When a WO gets assigned can the New WO be highlighted/Bolded/Italics, similar to outlook, until it has been opened? This way you have a visual indicator of new cases that need to be addressed.

While working with Support regarding notifications that go out for work orders we I noticed they can view the emails/notifications for work orders directly from the work order details. As an admin I have to go to Settings > Notification History...
We have used the status of HOLD to indicate parts or contracted services are needed. Once the parts are ordered or call for service has been placed being able to place the Work Order status to "Parts on Order" would allow for easier tracking.
