Need a way to import images/photos and link to assets

If were tracking photos elsewhere for each aset record, it would save A LOT of time being able to import these images rather than uploading them 1 asset at a time.

Need a way to import files & O&M's

If were tracking files per asset in another system, like Google for example, we have no way of importing these in mass into MLW. Our only option is to just upload these files asset by asset, which can take up a LOT of time.n.

The ability to search for multiple assets by the asset number

Being able to search multiple assets using some delimiter like a comma.

Add reminder emails to the person the asset/device is checked out to.

It would be helpful to have check out reminder emails go out to the person the asset/device is checked out to on the day before due date, due date and daily reminder emails when the check in is past due.

Add the Note (Section Field) to the mass updates - Assets

We view all assets and select which asset we want to update. Then we select Actions, is there a way you can add the Note (Section Field to the mass updates) this is where we document things, example, what work has been done etc...
