Have a tooltip on Add/Edit approval path, auto assign, auto notify to help clarify Roles

There is some general confusion for adding roles to auto assign, auto notify and approval paths. Having some help text explaining how roles works on these pages would be helpful

Ability to barcode scan "External ID" field on Check-Out Assets page so that you can barcode scan in a user.

Ability to put an item on Back Order

As an inventory manager, I need a way to be able to track how much quantity I have on back order for a given inventory item in my system. I need to be able to see which inventory requests have items that are also on back order.

Allow users update additionally notified users to Work Orders via Work Order Grid pages and via WO detail page action menu
