Change the layout of the Work Order view (/WorkOrder.aspx)

Currently, the layout of the detailed work order page (/WorkOrder.aspx) has a lot of unused white space in between the columns. Could the information be displayed either more condensed or take up 1/3 of the space left to right and show the work order/notes in the rest of the 2/3? In longer Work Orders or those who embed images in the work order, it can get quite long.
