ML Work Orders/Helpdesk Ideas Portal
Looking at a list of work orders, at a glance all of the work orders in the list look extremely similar since the color of that work order button is green. If that color could be different for each (or a few) statuses that would make seeing more immediate needs or un touched tickets much faster.
Right now when you are inside of a work order the status buttons seem to be different colors (Blue- Pending and On Hold. Green - Completed and In Progress. White/nothing - Canceled) So maybe those same colors could be used? Or something like yellow-in progress, Green-pending, Blue-On Hold, Grey-Completed. Just an idea to make viewing work orders at a glance easier.
Hi Caleb, thank you for the idea submission. We will consider this idea in our roadmap. For context, right now, the Work Order button in the list view is color coded based on priority (low, medium, high, urgent).
