Is is possible to have "Labor Hours Required" only enabled for Maintenance/Custodial tickets, but have it off for Technology work orders?
In tech, we do not track hours, so when we go to close a ticket it is prompting us for hours. We were only able to find a way in General Settings to either have it "on or off"
Hi @Guest - So right now that setting is set at the district level (Across all Request Types). We are considering moving almost all of those settings including the labor hours required setting to be set at the individual request type level.
