Automatic notification when you take away a work order.

I assign a work order and sometimes take it away and reassign it. The person who got it originally never sees that it was taken away. If I don't tell them I reassigned it, they show up and so does the person I reassigned it to. An automatic response that states the work request (25-xxxxx) was removed from your que would be helpful.
